2025/04/07　もみ殻くんたん　"rice husk charcoal"

もみ殻くんたんを作っていました。

"I was making rice husk charcoal."

作り方は、まず消火用の水道を準備します。

"The method starts by preparing a water supply for extinguishing."

小さめの木を組んで火をつけます。

"Arrange small pieces of wood and light a fire."

そこに、くんたん焼き器を被せます。

"Place the charcoal-making device over it."

その周りに、もみがらを被せます。

"Cover the surrounding area with rice husks."

５回くらいスコップで混ぜながら、もみ殻が黒くなるまで焼きます。最後は水をかけ消火します。

"Stir the rice husks about five times with a shovel and roast them until they turn black. Finally, extinguish the fire by pouring water over it."
