ぼかしが２週間ほど経ちました。表面には、かびなどが生えています。
"The bokashi has been fermenting for about two weeks, and mold has grown on the surface."
外側と内側ではぼかしの状態が違うので、スコップでかき混ぜました。
"The condition of the bokashi was different on the outside and inside, so I mixed it with a shovel."
乾いていたので水を少し加えました。
"It was dry, so I added a little water."
とても芳しい香りがします。
"It has a very fragrant aroma."
